1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Anacoders' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Anacoders provides custom software development, mobile application development, SaaS solutions, technical consulting services, and contract development services. Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services will be specified in individual contracts or invoices. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for services rendered.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed deliverables. Anacoders retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in project delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. Specific confidentiality terms may be detailed in separate non-disclosure agreements.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Anacoders provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anacoders' liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
9. Changes to Terms
Anacoders reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
