Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Anacoders is committed to client satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Custom Development Services
For custom software development and consulting services:
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Services already rendered are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@anacoders.com
- Disputes regarding deliverables should be raised within 14 days of delivery
3. SaaS Subscriptions
For Software as a Service subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled for future periods
4. Mobile Applications and Digital Products
For one-time purchase products:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Valid reasons include technical issues that cannot be resolved or significant deviation from described functionality
- Products that have been substantially used may not be eligible for refund
5. Contract Development Services
For contract developer placements and staff augmentation:
- Hourly or daily contract work is billed for time worked and is non-refundable
- For fixed-term contracts, termination terms will be specified in the contract agreement
- If a contractor placement is unsatisfactory, clients should notify us immediately to arrange a replacement
- Placement fees are non-refundable once the contractor has begun work
6. Project Deposits
For project deposits and upfront payments:
- Deposits are refundable if Anacoders cannot deliver the agreed services
- If work has commenced, only the unused portion of the deposit may be refunded
- Deposit refund terms will be specified in the service agreement
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send a written request to info@anacoders.com
- Include your order/invoice number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed work and delivered services
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (hosting, licenses, etc.)
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Services terminated by the client after work has begun
